PG 13 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

PG 13 (pg13.ws) is an online Sports Betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between PG 13 and its users. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you agree to be bound by all of these terms.

• Minors and ineligible individuals are not permitted to use the platform.

To open an account with PG 13, you must meet the eligibility criteria listed below. Providing accurate information at registration is mandatory. Accounts created with false or misleading details may be suspended at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Each individual may hold only one account.
• Accounts must be registered in your own name — not in someone else's.
• A valid phone number and email address must be provided.
• PG 13 may request a copy of your NID or passport at any time for identity verification.

Please read and understand these rules before placing any bets on PG 13. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so choose carefully. Individual markets may have their own rules, which will be outlined in the relevant market description.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳50 BDT.
• Maximum bet limits are set per market and event.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with PG 13's policy.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, PG 13 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected, the account will be investigated.

In Live Betting, odds change in real time. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed are final. PG 13 is not liable for odds changes resulting from network delays.

PG 13 supports popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are typically instant, and withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after verification is complete.

• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your own mobile banking account.
• The number used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same.
• Withdrawals may be held pending verification in cases of suspicious transactions.

PG 13 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which are outlined in the offer details. Please read those terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only.
• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement — withdrawals will not be processed until it is met.
• Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• PG 13 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

For referral bonuses, the referred person must make a real deposit and place bets. Registration alone does not qualify for a referral bonus.

PG 13 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under any of the following circumstances. If you believe your account was closed in error, please contact us at support@pg13.ws.

• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system.
• Unusual or suspicious betting patterns.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.
• Using the platform while being underage.

If an account is closed, any verified legitimate winnings (if applicable) will be returned after verification is complete. However, funds tied to bonuses may be forfeited.
